Goatboy's 40K - Chaos Space Marines - NOW WHAT!?

Goatboy here again and I want to chat about the red headed step child of 6th edition - the Chaos Space Marine codex. We had such high hopes for the book and even with the initial offerings and grumbling we tried to make it work.  Now don't get me wrong it can be a strong choice for a tournament but the pieces that make it strong don't have anything to do with Chaos Space Marines. Reece had a good breakdown on why the Marine choices out of the book are bad and I won't rehash that....
